vee-jin

one of the guys i work with pronounces it "vee-jin," which i find oddly endearing. i love that he misprounounces it wrong. hee! he totally means well, so i don't have it in me to correct him. yesterday he had a long discussion with my husband about it, and my husband had the exact same reaction--he didn't have the heart to point out the mistake. awesome. i'm a vee-jin!

My boss (in the process of poking gentle fun at my veganism) has been pronouncing it Vee-gahn with the accent on the second syllable. French! Fancy!

To his credit, he ordered the Braised Gluten at the Thai restaurant the other day. And liked it.
